While raising two young boys, Wyatt & Ty, Lauralee went back to college to pursue a biology degree in hopes to do research in the Great Lakes. However, she changed paths to pursue medicine instead. Lauralee has since completed associate’s and bachelor’s degrees in Biology/Chemistry and bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Science/Physician Assistant. She attended Erie Community College, Medaille College, and graduated Cum Laude in 2012 from D’Youville College ready to practice medicine.
She practices primary care medicine and does Department to Transportation (DOT) certifications.
Lauralee also has a Draft Horse business called D&D Grand Livery Stables, LLC. She travels near and far with her two beautiful draft horses, Doc and Dan. She has done Memorial Day parades, carrying disabled veterans to Gold Star Mothers, Weddings, Funerals, wine tours at Liberty Vineyard, and Make-a-Wish moments for those with terminal illnesses. Lauralee also created the “Bringing Magic Back to Children Mission” where Santa Claus, accompanied by Lauralee’s horses, personally delivers a gift to individual children on Christmas Day in the town of Springville. Of the many horse jobs she’s been a part of, Lauralee’s most honorable duty was leading the Funeral Procession for 7-year-old Alyssa Hearn from Springville, NY, in 2017.
Lauralee also enjoys landscaping and rescuing homeless animals to give them much needed love in their new forever home on the D&D Ranch.
