About COVID-19 Vaccinations

We have the new COVID Bivalent Booster!

Which booster do you have? We have the Moderna Bivalent COVID Vaccine, which is for people 18 years of age and over. We do not have the Pfizer Bivalent booster for people ages 12 and over. Some local pharmacies have this.

Can I get a COVID booster at my appointment? Yes! If you have an appointment coming up, you can receive the COVID Bivalent Booster during your visit.

Can I get a Flu shot at the same time as the COVID Bivalent Booster? Yes! You can get both the Flu shot and the COVID booster at the same time.

Can I make an appointment to come in for a COVID booster or Flu shot? Yes! We currently have nurse visits available in Jamestown and Dunkirk. You can make an appointment by calling (716) 484-4334. We also have a weekly booster and flu vaccine clinic in Dunkirk on Wednesdays. You can also call (716) 484-4334 to schedule your vaccines on that day in Dunkirk.

Do COVID boosters cost anything? No, your insurance will cover the full cost of the COVID Booster vaccine.

For Patients: Ask your provider about receiving a Covid-19 vaccine during your appointment or through the patient portal. You will be added to a short waitlist and contacted asap to schedule your shot. This allows us to vaccinate multiple people at one time to ensure that no vaccine goes to waste.

For general information, click the chat button in the lower right corner of our site. This is a chatbot facilitated by the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. It allows you to ask questions and get answers about Covid-19 vaccines.

COVID-19 POLICY UPDATES (February 21, 2023)

While masking in a medical office is no longer mandatory in New York State, it remains strongly recommended that you mask to protect yourselves and others from exposure to infection and from spreading infection. If you are experiencing any symptoms, you are required to mask in our facilities. If you have tested positive for COVID-19, mask for at least 10 days afterward.

You may request that your care provider and other staff use their masks while helping you. Our responsibility is to protect the wellbeing of our patients. Many of our patients are at-risk or immunocompromised and we want to make their appointments as comfortable as possible.
