Purpose:
An
individual who is willing to work hard and grow with the company. The Marketing
Assistant will be responsible for taking on a variety of tasks that allow for
the successful completion of the marketing program.
Job Duties:
Provide support to marketing department
Execute marketing strategy
Work with marketing team to manage brand and marketing
initiatives
Develop and execute marketing campaigns
Perform market and client research
Create reports on marketing performance
Maintain schedules for marketing initiatives
Assist with social media and website content
Write press releases and other articles
Design advertisements
Attend community events, company events- including afternoon,
evening, and weekend events when appropriate
Organize and manage marketing collateral
Assist in monitoring active marketing programs
Collaborate to create innovative ways to gain brand exposure
Available as a resource with completing large projects
Qualifications/Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High level of organization and attention to detail
Comfort with multi-tasking in a deadline-driven environment
Understanding of basic business and marketing concepts
Excellent time management skills
Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and social
abilities
Familiarity with social media, social networking, email
marketing and search engines
Demonstrates problem solving and critical thinking skills
Strong writing and copy-editing abilities
Must be willing to travel to all locations within Chautauqua
County
Knowledge of community resources
Education and Experience Requirements:
1-3 years experience in marketing or equivalent education
Associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a
related field a plus
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Word and
Publisher)
Demonstrated experience with web development and social
media platforms
Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe
Premiere) a plus
Digital photography and video editing experience a plus

Job Duties:
- Compiles important medical data through the use
of computer-based applications
- Confirms project requirements by studying user
requirements and conferring with others on project team
- Acquires data from primary and secondary data
sources (i.e. claims data, EHR)
- Identifies, analyzes and interprets trends or
patterns in simple or complex data sets
- Develops registries and reports as needed
- Compares and contrasts reports from multiple and
varied sources to ensure accuracy and compatibility
- Manages the flow of information and reports the
findings
- Locates and defines new process improvement
opportunities
- Audits reports and data for accuracy
- Maintains client confidence and protects
operations by keeping information confidential
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing
project requirements as needed
- Examines data and creates reports based on
specific parameters
- Arranges collected data in a way that makes it
meaningful and usable

Education/Skills/Qualifications:
Computer science/healthcare
background; Associate’s Degree preferred; 3 years healthcare experience
preferred; experience with EHR’s preferred. Extensive knowledge of Microsoft
Suite. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze
and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and
accuracy.

Purpose: Oversees the nutritional well-being of
patients and the community. The successful candidate will have a proven track
record of conducting nutrition assessments, identifying patients at risk and
creating diet plans.
Job Duties:
Ensures patients’ nutrition plan selections are in
compliance with prescribed diet order, nutritional adequacy, age, cultural
background, and religious practice.
Writes and modifies nutrition plans as needed according to
patient diet prescription using established resources/guidelines.
Provides cooking demonstrations for community members and patients
Updates, monitors, and follows-up on all pertinent patient
information like diet order changes, food allergies, food preferences, and
requests.
Prints and processes meal plans and food tally report.
Serves as a dietary resource for nursing and other staff.
Provides general information on diet utilizing approved
materials and resources.
Incorporates physical activity plans as part of the overall
diet and wellness outcomes
Works in conjunction with a multi-disciplinary team
Attends meetings, coalitions, committees as assigned
Performs other duties as assigned

Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in food, nutrition, food service
management, or related field
Registered Dietitian (RD) by Commission on Dietetic
Registration
NYS License
Accredited Dietetic Internship (DI) by the American Dietetic
Association (ADA)
Food Handler’s permit or ServeSafe certification as per
state requirements
